Refund and Returns Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all lighting products, including but not limited to lamps, fixtures, bulbs, LED products, and related accessories (“Lighting Products”) purchased from our website. By placing an order, the customer (“You” or “Customer”) accepts and agrees to the terms set out below.
Right to Return – 14-Day Period
You have the legal right to request a return within 14 days from the date on which the Lighting Product was delivered to you.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
A return will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. The Lighting Product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
2. The item must be returned with all original packaging, including protective materials, accessories, installation components, manuals, and any included hardware.
3. The product must not show signs of installation, wiring, tampering, or physical damage.
4. Proof of purchase must be provided.
5. Lighting Products that have been opened for installation, connected to electricity, or altered in any way are strictly non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Lighting Products
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Installed or attempted-to-install lighting products
• Hardwired fixtures that show any installation marks
• Light bulbs, LEDs, and strips that have been used or tested
• Custom, modified, or made-to-order items
• Clearance, “final sale,” or non-returnable marked items
• Any item damaged through improper installation by the customer
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If a Lighting Product is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of:
• The fault or damage
• The internal and external packaging
• The product label and serial/identification number (if applicable)
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:
• Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund
Failure to report faults or damage within 72 hours may void eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
• For change-of-mind returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
• For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the Company will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Lighting Products must be packaged securely for return transit. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Returned Lighting Products will undergo inspection upon receipt.
Refunds will be approved only if the item meets the return conditions stated in this Policy.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
• Refund processing may take up to 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Company error.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the returned product shows signs of use, installation, or damage beyond what is necessary to verify the condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team and provide:
- Order number
- Full name and contact details
- Reason for return
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
- Instructions and the authorized return address will be provided upon approval.
- No return will be processed without prior authorization.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received within 5-10 business days after approval:
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Check with your credit card issuer
- If the issue persists, contact our customer support tea.
Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any return that does not comply with this Policy
- Modify or update this Policy at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website
